The OP recommends adding spinach to the cream mixture at this stage. While the pasta is cooking, heat the butter and garlic in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Once the pasta has finished cooking, stir in 1/3 cup of the cheese. Serve immediately.
Make the sauce: To make it, first cook the chorizo until it is crispy. If the ingredients begin to stick, add water. Next, add the tomatoes and wine. Stir the sauce until it has reduced by half. Once the sauce has reduced by half, add the spinach and stir it into the mixture. Toss the pasta in the sauce and let it heat through. Sprinkle cheese over the top before serving. If desired, you can serve Spicy Spinach Pasta with a side of grilled chicken.
Meanwhile, cook the chorizo in the hot water until it is crispy. Do not stir too much or it will burn. You can also add sugar or half & half, depending on your preference. After the chorizo has cooked, transfer the cooked pasta into the sauce. Once it’s coated, add the spinach and mix well. You can serve Spicy Spinach Pasta with grilled shrimp for an easy dinner. It takes 30 minutes to prepare and is packed with vegetables.
In a medium saucepan, heat oil and seasonings. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add the tomatoes, wine, and Cajun seasoning. Stir the sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes. When the spinach is wilted, add the pasta to the sauce. Toss pasta into the mixture. If you’re not sure whether to add cheese, try a spoonful of the mixture before serving.
If you don’t want to make a huge batch of Spicy Spinach Pasta, you can freeze it and heat it up later. Simply place the leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The sauce can be heated over a medium heat. It will last for up to 3 days. This dish is ideal for weeknight meals. The sauce will help you maintain a steady temperature throughout the day.
To prepare this dish, boil pasta according to the package instructions. Save the water. After the pasta is cooked, add the sauce to a saucepan. Once the sauce is at a low temperature, the spinach will wilt. While the spinach cooks, it will cook the pasta. Then, the pasta will be tossed in the sauce. To serve, top it with additional cheese and serve. The entire dish should be served hot.
While it’s important to keep in mind the timing, the sauce is not ready until the pasta is cooked. Ensure that the ingredients are hot before adding the spinach. To avoid overcooked spinach, turn off the heat and keep the rest of the pasta at a safe temperature. Then, add the cheese and sprinkle with fresh pepper. This is a delicious, healthy dish!
