Well, what I have for you here is a lot Asian, particularly Pinoy-style. It’s very simple to do and packed with flavors, too. This broccoli salad goes very well with your grilled and barbecued meats. Just perfect for summer!
- 1-2 tsp Sweet shrimp paste (I bought mine from the Asian Market nearest our place.)
- 1 whole Onions chopped
- 1-2 whole Tomatoes cut into chunks
- 1 bunch Broccoli cut into chunks
- You may also throw in some spinach in the mix if you have some.
- Blanch the broccoli for 3-5 minutes.
- Drain and set aside.
- Put all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Cool in the fridge until serving time.
- Serve with your preferred viand.
