Fish Steak

Jaime Inez
This is a simple yet delicious recipe for your next fish dinner. The fish steaks are seasoned with 1/4 teaspoon of salt on both sides and may be refrigerated overnight. To make the steaks crisp and flaky, you should remove the moisture from the fish and coat it with egg before cooking. During the last few minutes of cooking, you can flip the steaks over and brush the steaks with the tamarind extract.
