Ingredients
  

  • 750 grams shrimp
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1/2 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup banana ketchup
  • 1 head minced garlic
  • 1 medium sized white onion
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • black Pepper pinch
  • dried Chili Optional
  • cooking Oil

Instructions
 

  • On a low heat pan, melt butter and saute garlic. Then, add in shrimp and Oyster sauce. Mix and let the shrimp poach in the sauce until cooked.
  • Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.

Notes

Do not melt the butter with high heat it can easily burn. 2. Once the shrimp changes the color you may turn down the heat to prevent it from over-cooking.
