Fried Chicken Wings

If you are a fan of fried chicken wings, then this recipe is for you. You can use this simple chicken recipe to make a delicious and easy-to-follow snack. All you need to do is dip the wings in buttermilk and let them marinate for about 30 minutes. Next, you should coat them with seasoned flour and then dredge them in egg. Then, fry them in a pot of vegetable oil until golden brown. Once fried, they should take about eight minutes. Serve immediately or store in a sealed container.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken wings tips cut and joints separated

Don't throw those tips. You can freeze them and later use them in making chicken broth. I used those tips in cooking my Chicken Macaroni soup. No part wasted! Yay!!

  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tbsp Raw sugar
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Ground pepper
  • ½ tsp Bicarbonate powder
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 2 tbsp Tapioca starch
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 1 whole Egg
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl to marinate the chicken wings.
  • Leave it for at least an hour; overnight in the fridge, if time allows.
  • Deep fry the wings under medium heat for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Drain the oil.
  • Serve while hot with cold beer or soda.
