Ingredients
  

  • 5-7 cloves Garlic crushed and chopped
  • 1 whole Onions cut in shreds
  • 2 pieces Tomatoes cut into 68 pieces
  • 200 g Ladyfingers Okra, 200g at least, cut in halves
  • 300 g Squash or Pumpkin 300g at least, cut
  • 300 g Green beans 300g at least, julienned
  • 2 pieces Eggplant julienned
  • 100 g Pork shoulders 100g at least, cut in small pieces
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2-3 tsp Shrimp paste
  • ½ tbsp Fish sauce
  • ½ Pepper to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp Cooking oil

Instructions
 

  • Put oil in a heated pan.
  • Saute the garlic under medium heat.
  • When the garlic turns golden, put in the onions.
  • When the onions turn sweaty, put in the pork.
  • Fry the pork for 12-15 minutes until they are a bit burnt.
  • Put in the tomatoes. Stir well.
  • Season the dish with shrimp paste.
  • When the tomatoes begin to soften, add in the squash.
  • Add in the eggplants.
  • Stir well until the flesh of the eggplants start to turn brown.
  • Add in the green beans and the ladyfingers.
  • Add the water.
  • Continue stirring under medium heat.
  • Season with fish sauce and pepper.
  • When the water boils, turn off the heat.
  • Do not cover. Transfer to a cool dish if it’s not yet serving time.
  • Serve with hot rice and fried fish.
